This is a factory replacement part for the Yoder Smokers S Series pellet grills. Replacement food probe that plugs directly into the control board.

Short Thermocouple used on units built on Jan 27th, 2015 and newer. Or, if you have never replaced the controller and your serial number under 74001.

These are individual replacement hinges. For a set, buy 2 hinges.
