Parts Warranty

To request a part under warranty, first complete the registration of your grill with Yoder Smokers. You can do this by clicking the Product Registration Button under the Warranty & Registration Tab. To submit a part warranty request, you will need to upload proof that this step has been completed.

This form is for customers who know that they need a specific part. If you are experiencing issues with your cooker, please send an email to warranty@smokerbroker.ca. We will promptly reply and help you diagnose the issue.

Fireboard Labs: If you are experiencing issues with your Fireboard product(s) or would like to submit a claim, please email support@fireboard.com. Provide an account of the issues you are seeing and proof of purchase.
